    If you want to purchase our products, you need to go through the registration on our site. After registration you can put interesting you product in a basket, pushing the button “Buy”. You can see the content of basket pressing on a basket icon. If you want to finish your purchase, being in a basket press the button “accept”. Then will appear a pay form which you must fill in and press the button “confirm” twice . If you have any questions, regarding  the product you want to buy, you can contact with the manager of our company by phone: +32 323-343-882 (Europe, Worldwide 10:00-17:00 CET), +371 654-25-619 (East Europe, Worldwide 09:00-16:00 CET), or sending  a query on email: info@gerettidiamods.com. You will get an answer during next working day.  Also, you can contact with us in skype. Since the product gets in a basket – it is reserved, so to purchase exactly this product can only you. Reservation in your basket is kept for 2 days. After expiration of this term the product becomes accessible for other buyers.
    All prices are indicated in  USD (without  VAT). There are different discounts on our site for the permanent buyers. For wholesale buyers a price can be agreed and to differ from a retail price, indicated on the site. Regarding the wholesale purchases  you can contact with the manager of our company by phone or e-mail.

    For participation in on-line auction you must be a registered user. After sign in, you can make a bid for lot you have chosen. Every auction lot has an initial rate (starting bid). For your bid to be accepted, it must exceed  current bid or starting, if there is not a current bid. There can be a step between bids (bidding step), not less than 1USD.
    When you made  a bid and confirmed it, your bid automatically becomes current and you get confirmation on email. If somebody make a higher bid you also receive email with notification, that your bid is not current. Bid history you can see, choosing the button «Bid history».
    Every auction lot has an initial  date and time  as well as date and time of auction completition. If upon termination of auction your bid has remained the highest, you get the email notification about it  and also the good you have won is placed  in your basket. Then you have 48 hours for confirmation of purchase and payment sending.  More about procedure of payment you can read in how to buy.
    A «Geretti Diamonds» company reserves a right to rescind the results of auction in  24 hours after auction completition, without explanation of reasons. In this case you will receive message on your email. We guarantee to return the whole amount, if there was made a payment. Also read the sections shipping  and   privacy policy.

    For using our site services (purchases of jewellery  and diamonds), you must be a signed. Filling the form of registration, you will automatically become our client, with the account and login. All information, got from you during registration, is confidential and not a subject of disclosure. Starting from the  3rd purchase, you get a permanent client status.  After this time you will receive discounts, foreseen for the permanent clients.

Delivery is carried out after the confirmation of your payment, during 3-4 workings days.
